The Small Business Week Grant Application Guidelines and Terms and Conditions have been prepared to assist you with submitting your application. Please read these documents carefully before completing this application form. 

The Small Business Grants program will provide grants of up to $5,000 (excluding GST) to eligible organisations for projects and initiatives that deliver transformative impacts for small business. Funding is available to successful applicants as a reimbursement after the submission of proof of purchase and supporting documentation. 

This form must be completed by the applicant. All sections must be completed in full. 

Applications close 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday, 3 March 2019.
